No confirmation order when it said it was sent and it wasn't no proof of any tracking order. I would like to know where my money is being spent if you can resolve that issue. If not I would like to have my money back

Still not had a apology or a solution from myboutiquefeel. Even though i sent photo of my wrong parcel going through letterbox which included tracking number to prove it was the parcel i received with wrong item inside instead of the 7 items i ordered which wouldnt of fit through my letterbox.

Hi my order was wrong i ordered a number of items which also includes 2 pairs of shoes but never received this order.i have spoken to royal mail they said they posted a small parcel only which only included 1 garment which is not even something i ordered so im wondering if my parcel got mixed up and mine has been sent to someone else by mistake so please can i have my order resent as i have paid a lot of money for something i havent received! They have now asked me to send a picture of the parcel and the item that i received to prove the item i got,so i sent picture of the item with label and the item inside then they wrote pictures too vage and they want a picture of other side of label.wasting time on the 1 item i wrongly got and not bothered about the whole 7 items that i didnt get!

So ive lost over a 100 pounds worth of stuff now!

I no longer have the label i chucked it so looks like just because i cant take more pics for them there not going to send me my order! Fuming.when i try to call there number just keeps saying there busy!

I ask for a refund for an item that was no longer available. That item number is (ODS4547/bk-XL).

If it is no longer available and since I'm having problems get a refund, can it be removed with item number (ODS4294H/Green/XL). Please let me know if this is possible.
